Fallout: The Green Gulf [ Design ]
Fallout: The Green Gulf (N'orlan) is my own fanproject. Set in the year 2395, 100 years after the events of New Vegas, the Green Gulf has many new wonders never before seen in the wastes. The project is currently TBD and conceptualized as an episodic animated webseries following an ongoing narrative around golden-headed protagonist and reluctant hero, Rebel Rouser.

Rebel Rouser character sheet. Rebel is the "hero" of the Green Gulf, modeled after James Dean's Jim Stark character from Rebel Without A Cause.
The Narrator character sheet. Accompanied by a bottle of whiskey and an antique guitar, the Narrator sings to us Rebel's adventures in the Gulf.
Dogmeat character sheet. This incarnation of Dogmeat is a Georgia Bloodhound with a cybernetic leg.
Ezekiel Delgado mockup. Ezekiel is the mad genius behind Delgado Inc., the lab that makes all sorts of wacky tech.
