Fallout Green Gulf: Father Andino (CoA)

Design for Father Andino, member of the Council of Glowing ones that govern the Children of Atom revivalists. Does he look like a creepy perv? Because that's what I was going for.
"The Gold Code" is a small black book containing Atom's sacred text. The Father also carries a (beta version) of the CoA's "cross," depicting the letter 'A' within a hydrogen atom. On his belt are pulse grenades, holy water and a Gamma Gun. Outfit is a revamp of the pastor's armor from Fallout 4. Father Andino casts an intimidating presence and like all Glowing Ones, has the ability to create shockwaves of radiation that rally and heal fellow ghouls, while harming mortals.
